Dr Ciara Martin

Dr Ciara Martin is the first person to be appointed to the role of NCAGL (National Clinical Advisor and Group Lead) for Children and Young people.

In this role she works within the Chief Clinical Officer’s Department in the HSE to develop and drive integrated health services for children and young people, from age of 0 up to 25 years of age. She works closely with healthcare leaders across primary, community, mental health and acute hospital services.

Dr Martin’s clinical background is in Paediatric Emergency medicine
