Dr Hugh O’Reilly completed a Degree in Human Genetics and a Masters in Molecular Medicine in Trinity College Dublin prior to graduating in Medicine in RCSI in 2012. He completed his Emergency Medicine training in Ireland and it is during this time that his interest in resuscitation and critical care intensified. Hugh is currently completing subspecialisation in Intensive Care Medicine whereafter he will be specialist in both Emergency Medicine and Intensive Care Medicine. He is currently working in the Intensive Care Unit in Beaumont Hospital.
Hugh’s special interests include providing critical care from the front door, trauma care and medical education.
