Mr Adrian Schneider

Adrian has been working as an advanced paramedic with the National Ambulance Service for 11 years. Starting as an EMT, he has completed various training programs over the years. In 2020, he completed a H-Dip in advanced paramedicine, and in 2022, he earned an MSc in EMS from UCD.

In 2022, he became a solo responder on a rapid-response vehicle in Tullamore. After taking up this role, he identified ways to potentially improve the way solo responders work. This led to the development of new ‘alternative transport’ procedures within the NAS.

Throughout his career, Adrian has had a strong interest in education. He recently became a PHECC assistant tutor and is now part of the NAS educational team.
